Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AVISTRA platform, website and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by UnrealEdge Academy Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
Eligibility and Parent/Guardian Authorization
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or enter into these Terms on your own behalf. Where services relate to minors, a parent or guardian must provide the appropriate authorization, and the parent or guardian accepts responsibility for the child's use of the Services and for decisions made on the child's behalf.
AVISTRA does not claim that children independently provide legally sufficient consent. Parents and guardians should provide information and authorization for minors where applicable.
Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when registering.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify AVISTRA promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
- You are responsible for ensuring that use of your account complies with these Terms and applicable law.
AVISTRA Services
AVISTRA provides educational and developmental services, which may include the following categories:
- NeuroPrint™ and other cognitive or developmental assessments;
- career guidance and talent-related services;
- learning programs, including memory and speed-reading programs;
- counselling and coaching, including student and parent coaching;
- school solutions and corporate solutions;
- assessment and development reports;
- AI-assisted platform features.
The availability of particular services may vary by time, location and franchise or counsellor.
Assessments and Reports
- Assessment results are individual to the person assessed and are based on the information and methodology available at the time.
- Reports are provided as informational and developmental content and are not guaranteed outcomes.
- Assessment and report content should not be interpreted as medical, psychiatric, psychological or clinical diagnosis or treatment.
- You should exercise your own judgment and, where appropriate, consult qualified professionals.
Appointments and Counselling
Where the Services include appointment booking, counselling or coaching, such services are provided by counsellors, coaches or franchise operators through the AVISTRA ecosystem. AVISTRA does not control the professional judgment of such individuals. You should independently evaluate any professional advice you receive. Appointment scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation and attendance are subject to the policies communicated to you at the time of booking.
Payments and Refund Policy
Where applicable, payments may be processed through Paytm and other applicable net-banking or payment methods. Payment terms are as agreed at the time of purchase.
AVISTRA services are provided as service-based offerings. Accordingly, purchases are subject to a “No Refund / No Cancellation” policy once a service is purchased or commences. This policy is a contractual business policy and is subject to applicable law; it does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
AI-Assisted Features
The Services may include AI-assisted functionality that generates content, recommendations or summaries. AI-generated content may contain errors and should be reviewed by you before you rely on it. AI output must not be treated as professional, medical, psychological, psychiatric or legal advice.
Intellectual Property
The AVISTRA brand, software, website, reports, educational materials, designs, content and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to AVISTRA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from AVISTRA materials except as expressly permitted.
Acceptable Use
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, systems or networks.
- You may not misuse, abuse or interfere with the Services or their operation.
- You may not reverse engineer the Services where this is not permitted by applicable law.
- You may not engage in malicious activity, including introducing harmful code.
- You may not scrape or systematically extract content without authorization.
- You may not impersonate any person or entity.
- You may not share accounts without authorization or permit unauthorized use of your account.
User Content and Responsibilities
You are responsible for the information you submit to the Services, including ensuring that it is accurate and that you are entitled to provide it. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable law.
Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies, and AVISTRA is not responsible for them.
Service Availability
AVISTRA does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Services. The Services may be suspended or modified from time to time for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. AVISTRA disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AVISTRA and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AVISTRA and its affiliates from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms or your violation of applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
AVISTRA may suspend or terminate your access to the Services where there is a reasonable basis to do so, including violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, security concerns or where required by applicable law.
Changes to Services
AVISTRA may modify, add or remove features of the Services from time to time, with or without notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

AVISTRA may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable law. Subject to applicable law, the courts of Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Services.
