This Disclaimer applies to the AVISTRA platform, website and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by UnrealEdge Academy Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any other terms that may apply to your use of the Services, and nothing in this Disclaimer excludes rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under applicable law.

This Disclaimer is effective as of 01 January 2026. It applies to all use of the Services on or after that date.

AVISTRA services — including assessments, reports, counselling, coaching, learning programs and related tools — are intended to support educational, learning, personal-development and developmental-guidance purposes. Content on the Platform is provided for general guidance and should be used to complement, and not replace, your own judgment and the advice of appropriately qualified professionals.

AVISTRA may provide assessments and reports relating to the NeuroPrint™ assessment, a developmental and educational assessment based on fingerprint (dermatoglyphic) analysis and similar tools. NeuroPrint™-related assessments and reports are provided as developmental and educational information and should not be represented or relied upon as medical or psychological diagnosis.

AVISTRA does not make unsupported scientific claims about the predictive validity of such assessments. Results should be considered as informational input for discussion and not as a definitive measure of ability, intelligence or potential.

Assessment results are interpretations based on the information provided, the assessment methodology used and the data available at the time of assessment. Results may vary between individuals and may change over time. You should exercise your own judgment when considering any assessment output and, where appropriate, discuss it with qualified professionals.

AVISTRA is not a medical, psychiatric, psychological or clinical service. Nothing on the Platform is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, disorder, condition or psychological difficulty.

• AVISTRA is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.
• AVISTRA is not a substitute for psychological or clinical assessment, which is provided only by properly qualified professionals acting in their professional capacity.
• AVISTRA is not a substitute for therapy, counselling for clinical purposes, emergency care or professional medical treatment.
• Where appropriate, you should consult appropriately qualified professionals (including medical practitioners, psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists) before making decisions based on the Services.

If you or your child have health concerns, or are in an emergency, please contact a qualified medical professional or emergency services immediately.

The Platform may include AI-assisted features that generate insights, recommendations, summaries or suggestions. AI-generated output is probabilistic and may contain errors or inaccuracies. AI output must not be treated as professional diagnosis or guaranteed advice, and you should independently evaluate any AI output before relying on it.

AVISTRA does not guarantee any particular outcome. In particular, AVISTRA does not guarantee:

• academic performance, grades, examination results or admission to any institution;
• career success, job placement or career progression;
• behavioural, learning or personal-development outcomes;
• employment or financial outcomes;
• any other specific result from the use of the Services.

Where services are provided to minors, parents and guardians remain responsible for decisions concerning the child, including the decision to use AVISTRA services, the interpretation of results and any follow-up actions. Parents and guardians should provide authorization for the use of services by minors where applicable.

Individual counsellors, coaches and franchise operators may provide services through the AVISTRA ecosystem. AVISTRA does not control the professional judgment or advice of such individuals. You should independently evaluate any professional advice you receive and verify the qualifications of the relevant professional.

AVISTRA may reference or provide information about third-party services, programs or resources. Such references are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement or guarantee of the third party or its offerings.

The Platform may contain links to external websites. AVISTRA does not control, and is not responsible for, the content, privacy practices or availability of external websites.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AVISTRA and its affiliates disclaim liability arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, reliance on any content, assessments, reports or AI-generated output, and any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages. Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
